Do you have sizes above 8 × 10 available?
Yes, we do. But at this time, Picture-Collage cannot print collages larger than 8 x 10. For larger than 8 x 10 collages, a digital file is included with the purchase price. You may then take the file to your favorite quick print service to get the collage printed and trimmed to size.
Why don't you print larger than 8 x 10?
We don't print larger than 8 x 10 for several reasons: the first and main is the problem with shipping. Often large scale prints must be shipped in poster tubes, which can permanently curl the photo paper. This is a major problem if you are ordering a 12 x 12 picture collage for a scrapbook page. The paper will never lay flat after being curled in a tube. The other problem is simply that we must print these larger sizes out-of-house and quality and price are too varying. We've found that offering digital files only for these larger sizes allows for the most customization on behalf of the customer. You can choose where to get it printed and decide how much you want to spend on the printing yourself. You can even have collages printed on canvas for an oil-painting look.
What’s the largest size available?
24 x 36 poster size. If you require a collage with large dimensions, be sure to include high resolution digital pictures for the best looking collage. If pictures are too small in resolution, Picture-Collage reserves the right to refuse the project.
How long does it take to get a collage made?
About a week. We then ship via Priority Mail, so your collage should be in your hands within 5 days of being mailed.
How are the collages printed?
For our basic package, we will print your collage with an HP PhotoSmart 7100 Photo Printer with photo quality inks that resist fading. For more information about paper types, see the next question.
What type of paper do you print on?
The included print is printed on high quality matte photo paper, similar to card stock in weight. Glossy prints are printed on high quality brand name glossy photo paper. An economy gloss paper is also available, which has a soft gloss finish.
Do you offer photo restoration services?
At this time, Picture-Collage only restores photos for inclusion in custom picture collages. See our Optimizing you Pictures page for more information about photo correction.
Do I own the collage?
Yes and no. We retain the rights to the design of the collage, but not the photos. You can purchase the collage files for an additional $20 if you wish to duplicate, reprint, distribute it, etc. Our copy of these digital files would then be destroyed, saving only a low-resolution copy for our portfolio.
Do you offer a quantity discount if I purchase more than one?
No, as each collage is a unique creation, there is twice as much work to create two as one. However, we will offer combined shipping on multiple collages.
Do you have an affiliate or referral bonus program?
We are planning on offering a referral program in the near future.
What is your privacy policy?
We at Picture-Collage will never share private customer information with anyone ever.
What are your terms of service?
